Verity is a master of the Sorcerers arts, she has been training her whole life - a long and dark one at that. Sorcery is a magic with little limitations and she's constantly trying her best to push those.

Character Personality:
While her name would suggest an honest girl, Verity is nothing of the sort; she is cynical, selfish and pessimistic. Verity from a young age was abused by all kinds of evils and because of that her view on the world has become skewed; she doesn't further any goals be they evil or good. Simply whims and has become more or less entirely a creature of desire. However, there are things that Verity will fight for and even certain injustices too wrong for her to sit idly by. She's rarely if ever angry but constantly unamused and unimpressed with the world - finding it much easier to use brawn in order to get through situations opposed to simple diplomacy.. Which makes her appear a little brutish and evil at times.

Background Info:
Verity Nadek was born into a large family, she doesn't exactly recall where they lived but it's self evident that they did. She was the only girl with several brothers and the only woman in her life was her mother; unfortunately for her, her father was a rapacious pig and her brothers the same. Her mother would sit idly by and watch as the horrible sick Nadek brood did unspeakable things to one another. When Verity turned ten she had connected with the spark of magic so few would be gifted with - she culled the land with it; burning down shrubs and killing stray animals, incinerating them with her sorcery. No one knew about her magic except for her Mother who also carried the gift - when Verity found out her mother had let herself be raped and beaten numerous times, she was furious, the only kind face that she had ever known was subjecting both of them to torment. Upon her sixteenth birthday her father and brothers once more sought her out - it had been awhile and she had thought they'd finally leave her in peace; she was almost old enough to venture into the world alone after all. When they held her down she gruesomely stripped the skin off of all of them at once leaving her father staring on in shock as her daughter had magically skinned her brothers alive; the wailing-soon-be-corpses of her brothers writhed on the ground in excruciating pain as she then tormented her father to length... She went to her Mothers room and found her there in her chair staring out the window in silence - she simply walked up to her and with a blast of concentrated air punctured her throat and fled into the night. Strangely enough, out of the numerous murders and horrible crimes committed by Verity, some of them even unmitigated, the murder of her family was the one she regretted the most. While she hated them for the horrible things they had done (Or in her mothers case idleness) she learned right there that people were weak vermin who had very little control over themselves... So she decided she'd let loose a bit herself.
Verity found herself in a life of solo crime, she'd steal the jewellery from rich merchants by seducing them and sell them on the street for half the price, she had no reservations about using her looks to further her needs. She often ended up taking more than initially promised and had to fight her way out - just narrowly escaping the guard on more than one occasion. Only recently has Verity found a new hobby, bored with what money could buy her - relic hunting. Seeking out vast treasures of magical power is Verity's current fix - of course when that will be replaced with something new, is probably only a matter of time.

RP sample:
Verity got up from the rough inn bed and pulled her gown over her head. While the fool had slept she'd stolen his purse, his earrings, his ruby hilted knife and a gold wrist band. She took a few slow steps across the wooden floor, hoping to escape into the early morning unnoticed by the man she'd bedded the night previous. To her disappointment she heard a yawn from behind her as the man got up, "Where are you going beautiful?" He asked through another yawn. She stopped and turned to face him, a fake smile on her face - the rube didn't know who she was or that he'd been robbed so she could play along with him a little bit more. The idiot actually thought he'd picked me up at a bar, she thought to herself.. While she didn't necessarily have to have sex with him - he wasn't too unattractive that it wasn't worth a throw. "I'm going to freshen up." She said sweetly, in the most artificial voice she could muster - fortunately for her the brutes were usually stupid enough to let it go to their head. "Hurry back!" He called after her with stupid grin on his face. She walked out the front door feeling the cold morning breeze, it was good for waking her up - from behind her in the house she heard the man shouting. "That fucking bitch!" Letting out an exasperated sigh and with a flick of her fingers set the building a blaze chuckling a bit to herself. She hadn't had to kill him - but then again he'd called her a bitch... While she knew full well that she was a total bitch, she couldn't let word get around.
